One of my favorite art exhibits of the year is the annual Student Show at the Indianapolis Art Center. It is always a mixture of amazing pieces, and pieces you think, maybe I could do that.
This year there were a few paintings which made me pause and a several fabulous wood pieces I wanted to reach out and touch, and this beautiful glass vase.
This is one of those things I don’t think i could ever learn to do, but I never grow tired of watching others stretch, twist and blow the glass. If you want to see the piece or the artists at work, drop by the Art Center, the exhibits are always free.
