I had a little time before a meeting the other day, so I had a chance to look a little closer at some of the sculptures on the circle. While many are images of peace and war, the one that caught my eye were the dancing bears on the candelabra.
Scattered around the circle these bears seem to be dancing in a circle on a rams head. My question, is does any one know why?
