Venice Doesn’t Feel Quite Real
With water everywhere, it feels like another planet. How can a city exist with no roads, and so few streets. But it does, and every inch is beautiful.
Around every corner is another photo opportunity.
This photo was actually taken on Burano, one of the two lagoon islands north of Venice. Known for lace making and brightly colored buildings, it is spectacular all day, but especially as the sun starts to set, reflecting the colors into the water.
