What I love about artwork by Yaakov Agam is the way every piece changes depending on the angle from which you view it.

His small paintings and large sculptures are instantly recognizable, no matter where you find them around the world.

An Israeli artist, I was not surprised to find this sculpture dominating the pedestrian overpass / park that was constructed above Diezengoff Square. What did surprise me was the way it comes alive, rotating, spouting both five and water several time a night.

Our hotel overlooked the square, and it was really cool to view the sculpture from our rooftop garden.
