I was driving home last night; west into the sunset. The sky was an amazing mix of red and gold and blue. I was glad I had my camera on the front seat of the car because I had to stop and take a photograph.
Those of you who are familiar with 116 street between I 69 and Rangeline Road know this was not an easy feat. This is not a road when you can simply pullover because there is no shoulder.
But I didn’t let that deter me. I just kept looking for a side street with a great view of the sky.
It wasn’t easy, but the final photos made it all worthwhile. When was the last time you stop to watch the sunset?
