Yats serves the best Cajun food in the city.  In a sparse, no frills setting, owner Joe Vuskovich  and his crew dish out sweet, spicy, zesy, authentic Cajun and Creole food.

The menu includes a wonderful mixture of  etouffees, gumbos, jambalayas, red beans and rice, and my personal favorite B&B, a sweet mixture of black beans and corn.  Each dish served with rice and a generous slice of garlic bread.

The portions are big, so you won’t go away hungry, and everyone who works at Yats will work hard to make sure you go away happy too!
