There were the most beautiful flowers on the grounds of Dublin Castle. These purple ones were definitely fit for a Queen. The question however is which Queen. Unlike castles in many other countries, this was never the home of a Queen of Ireland, but a palace built for the visits from British Royalty and a place for their administrators to be in their absence.

The lovely purple flower bows in submission.
