Paprika is just for color, right?  In the US the bland red spice is used to add a bit of color to food.  But in Hungary, real paprika is not only rich in color it is rich in flavor.  It is made from Capsicum peppers.  They look a lot like chili peppers, but don’t have the same burn.

Hanging in the farmer’s market with garlic I could almost taste the delicious dishes someone would make with them.
