A recent road trip to Cincinnati convinced me we don’t have enough variety in Indianapolis.  Spending several hours wandering through Ikea and Jungle Jim’s I am not sue what I would do with all this stuff, but I clearly want it all!

Don’t these vegetables and shell fish  look great?  I have no idea what many of them are, what you would serve them with or how I would prepare them, but I am definitely curious.

Next time, I think I will take a cooking class before I go and then shop for the unusual ingredients there.
