The Museum of Modern Art in Dublin is located In an old building, probably built around the late 18th century. It sits in view of Killhamin Goal. It seems an odd contrast to the gloomy presence of the old jail.

The grounds surrounding the museum are lovely and park like. And just in front of the museum you will find this unusual sculpture, a stark contrast to the Gothic building behind.

Walking around it the sculpture looked completely different. This was my favorite view.
