I wear a FitBit and my goal is 10,000 steps every day. I have learned if I walk early in the morning, and get a few thousand steps in I feel better and there is n’t so much to do at the end of the day when I am tired.

The other benefit of the early morning walks are the beautiful views as the sun comes through the trees of the neighborhood.

Of course, a little photo shop work doesn’t hurt the image either. for this image I adjust the contrast and the saturation to really bring out the colors of the sun on the grass.
