I love a good glass of wine. But most local restaurants have fairly limited by-the-glass options, so meeting a friend for a drink after work is rarely a chance to discover a new wine. Unless of course, we drop by Cooper’s Hawk.
They have an awesome wine list, which includes descriptions which really tell you what the wine is going to taste like. Of course, the descriptions all sound so good to me, I can’t decide, so I usually order one of their wine flights to enjoy a little taste of my favorites.
