I took a few weeks off from photographing flowers. With the Fringe Festival, I have been too busy snapping pictures of performers on Mass Ave to worry about flowers. And a strange thing happened in that time.
The flowers are starting to lose some of their summer luster. Although we officially have another month of summer left, all the way to mid September, it is harder and harder to find flowers with all their petals still intact.
I guess I need to find a few more pretty flowers and then start gearing up to photograph the leaves in the fall.
