As the weather gets warmer, I often walk home from work. Most of the five miles is spent, cutting through parking lots and dodging cars on 91st where there are no sidewalks. There i, however, one small stretch of park that makes it all worthwhile.

At the edge of our neighborhood is Dubenspeck Park, a natural oasis in the midst of our suburban sprawl. Although not very large, there are a few hiking trails, and lovely views as I wander through.
