With all my photos of flowers, you would think I am some kind of gardening freak. You know they type, walking the aisle of the garden center on rainy days, gathering ideas so they can be out there planting, fertilizing, pruning and mulching when the sun comes out.
Well that isn’t me.
I love flowers, and I planted lots of annuals which come back each year, and fill in with two groups of perennials; one in the spring, one in the fall. That’s it. I plant them, giving them soil and a little water. After that, they are on their own. If they live, great, if not… I plant more.
So I usually plant Pansy’s. Why? Because these hardy little flowers come in lots of pretty colors. I really like the purple ones this year. And they don’t take a lot of work, because we already know I am not going to spend a lot of time in the mud .
