When we lived in Texas, I planted a few Iris plants and they took over my yard, so I was reluctant to plant them here in Indy. But seeing how pretty they are, I might have to reconsider.
I took this photo in downtown Indy. Surprisingly this one Iris was by itself in the flower bed, so maybe they don’t take over in this climate, or maybe the only planted one. Either way, it was too pretty to pass by without taking at least one photo.
