Did you know you could whip the water in a jar of garbanzo beans and it will turn into a meringue? I didn’t until we started working with Randall Beans, exploring all the things you can do with beans. Turns out, there is even a name for this stuff Aqua Faba ( bean water).

Well Rebecca, our office manager, whipped up a batch of vanilla meringue cookies. They were interesting to eat, and fun to photograph.
